Incredible Connection
Still no feedback after a promised solution

I complained about Incredible connection earlier (https:///incredible-connection/complaints/not-faithful-to-promotion-1022338)
I got a call from their customer care team promising that someone will call to fix this (Five days after placing the complaint).

Till today, I haven't received the 'promised call' to resolve my issue.

I am still waiting.
