Bad Display of Service @ Atterbury & Montana Spa

They made the mistake, their cashier on the 27th December did not put the amount of R1885 into our electricity account, she put it into their Spar account. We had no reason at that day to question anything, we left this shop assuming Tshwane had the money. Tshwane could not find this money, we were charged additionally R135 for arrears. Tshwane advised us to go to Spar and check which we did immediately. My poor husband was treated rudely and abruptly that Friday, please see there is an independent shopper who reported this as well here on hellopeter as she felt sympathetic towards my husband. After contact Montana Spar, They checked their banking slips and they found that the day they were over for R1600 onwards. They told me to go first thing in the morning to Atterbury, I went that afternoon. Primrose was dumb as ever and it seemed as if she was left in the dark. After wasting a hour of our time, she comes with a lower amount. When I questioned them, she referred me to an old man who was rude as. After a week later, and a sms to Chris advising him that I will take this further, I finally got back my money. I will Never Ever Shop there
