At 6:20 this morning, I made a purchase on a sale item and when I had finished paid for the item I checked my slip and noticed that they had charged me the normal price. I then went to the cashier who is in charge of doing refunds. I asked her if she could please call the manager because she had shouted at me in front of all the other customers because I told her I need to rush as my bus leaves at 6:30 she told me "thats not my problem". when the manager Ashley came, he did not even greet me. I told him about her bad attitude and how she shouted at me he did not even say anything he simply gave my money and off he went. she then continued to shout at me in front if him and he did not even say a word.
I am disgusted at the service I received from this spar. I was a loyal customer who bought everyday from the spar. I will never put my foot into that spar ever again. so much for the "my spar" theory that they advertise.
