Duplication of Transaction

On 25 May 2013 I bought a few things at Atterbury Valuemart SPAR. When the transaction was completed, the card machine showed that I can remove my card. After removing my card the machine showed that the transaction was declined which I found odd. The women at the till requested me to redo the transaction where after it was approved. On 28 May 2013 when I checked my bank account I realized that the same amount was deducted twice from my account. I called my bank and they verified that the transaction was duplicated. I approached SPAR at Atterbury to resolve the matter. After waiting for more than an hour I was told that the matter was reported and they need to investigate the matter. Now it does not take a rocket scientist to see that the transaction was duplicated on my bank account that also shows the name of SPAR Atterbury to realize that the transaction are the same. Please resolve the matter ASAP.
