Still No feed Back

I bought a T.V at Westgate Mall last year everything was fine up until this year when i started receiving messages telling me that my account is in arrears, receiving numerous massages i then decided to go to Hi fi corporation on the 16 February 2013 of which i received a call also from Hi Finance at 11:32 Am i spoke to the agent who then advised me that i have two accounts with Hi fi corporation one at Westgate and another at East Gate which was a surprise as i NEVER WENT to East Gate i advised him that i only took one account and he promised to escalate the case, after going to the westgate i spoke to the consultant and we then contacted Hi-Fi in east gate and spoke to a Wendy who advised that according to them i have a second account but explained that i do not i only took one she promised to follow up however after i followed up myself speaking to Wendy, Mabaso and Pricilla who all promised same thing but still nothing. IF HI FI DOES NOT DO PROPER SECURITY CHECKS AND ACCOMMODATE CRIMINALS THEY MUST NOT HOLD CLIENT AT RISK, HOW CAN A PERSON STILL BUY WITH SOMEONE'S DETAILS THIS DAY AND AGE SECURITY FETUREAS A PUT IN PLACE TO AVOID THIS.i have forwarded all you requested but stil
