Unhappy with service

I went on Sunday to your Carnival City branch and was really disappointed we ordered the spicy prawns and the Reel love platter. The spicy prawns came in a dirty platter and the the fish was half the size in the other platter, complained to the manager he took my platter away and it only came back 20mins later a I have lost my appetite by then and when asked about the size of the fish he said they was so busy the Saturday and all the big pieces were finished.i will definitely not go to the Carnival City branch again
