This afternoon I went to Spar in highveld, centurion to buy a few items. I then decided to buy some Spar branded juice on the shelf at a special price of R10.99, when I got to the cashier, they checked at different prices, I enquired with the cashier and she too didn't understand the reason. She referred the query to a manager named JOHANNES MOKOENA, who then very rudely brought the different spar branded juices and told me that I should have checked the pamphlet before such a ridiculous claim, he also told me that although they are both Spar branded and 100% juices they are not from the same manufacturer and I should have known that. I then told him that I have been a customer of Spar for many years and I dont buy based on pamphlets that are issued - therefore I don't know. He told me that he can't read my mind and expects me to know the manufactures and checks pamphlets. We'll I did not take the juice and he was only to happy to accept. I have never experienced just rudeness in my life by a Spar manager!!! I would understand that the pricling on the shelf was not correct but I refuse to accept that a manager can speak to a customer with utter disrespect, rudeness
