I want to complain about my poor service received when I purchased a box of tampons (amongst other grocery items). My husband went to the Belairs spar on Saturday night (29-06-2013). When we got home and was unpacking the bags, I took the box of tampons out of the packet and felt that the box seemed rather light, I opened it and found that there was only one tampon in it. I immediately took the till slip and called the store (19:29pm) & spoke to Tsisi & explained everything. She advised that we come back to the store. When my husband went back he showed Tsisi the receipt and she then told him she can't return the goods as per her manager because the manager doesn't know what happened between spar & our home. We didn't ask to return goods, we wanted a full box of tampons as we paid for one box. Cost of the tampons lil-lets pack of 10 was R18-99. My husband was off and left, when he got to the car he called spar & asked to speak to the manager (Cookie), she told him the same thing, she cannot do anything about the tampons as she doesn't know what happened when we left the store. I even asked her if she taught we were lying and she said she can't say anything to that. Seriously
