We purchased groceries at Kwik Spar Kraaifontein and draw money (R500.00) at the till on 18/01/2014. All our Groceries together was R608.84. When I checked my Statement on Monday 20/01/2014, it stated R1108.84 is out of my Bank account. The manager at Kwik Spar can see our Transaction of only R608.84, but my bank statement states the amount of R1108.84 that was paid to Spar.
This is the only Shop I was at on 18/01/2014 and my Statement is proof of my money that went to Kwik Spar Kraaifontein.
We would like our money back and Spar is 'nt doing anything to help giving it back to me. In my eyes this is steeling.
