Never in my life have I ever experienced such RUBISH service. I bought Pringles and a box of nappies which under normal circumstances wouldn't require a person to spend 30min in the store just to get my receipt. Firstly they closed most of their tills and only a few were opened with a large number of us still in the store. After queuing up to eventually get assisted the cashier does not have change and being the that I am after she rings my items gives me back my change but not my receipt so I then take out all the coins in my wallet which made R30 gave it to her had to wait for her to call this Thembi woman to open the till so i can get my notes then after all of that she loses my receipt. I stood there for a good 20min to get a receipt so I can get out of the store. None of the managers cared to help the Thembi lady kept dragging her feet telling me she'll try to print me a new one. I left the store got back and they were having a ball laughing about how it was in the floor and they missed it. They gave me an apology with no empathy and they disregarded the time I wasted standing there when I had work to get back to.
