I went to Cell C Cresta a few days ago and bought a Giga 200. The service was OK and they gave me the product I wanted and it works as expected but they didn't give me a receipt. I need a receipt in case something is wrong with the sim card they gave me and I need to take it back.

Since I did not get a receipt I believe the staff are either pocketing the money themselves and not printing a receipt so that there is no record of the transaction or the shop owner is telling his staff to not print receipts to avoid having to pay tax.

Either your service is not up to standard because you are not giving me a receipt or your staff or the shop owner are involved in. I have got what I want so I am happy but I think you should investigate that particular store to see what is going on.
