So U Save... Even on quality and being respected

I went to the shoprite u save store in Langa branch, I did my selection and when on the till firstly the consultant was already annoyed by whatever annoyed him, this was visible in his face he did not greet. becuase I did not go to the store to be greeted I did not mind, becuase the overall service in the store has never been good anyway. I paid and this guy gave me my change, it was not enough and I calmly advised him, that my change was not enough. he did not respond, so again I repeated myself, he turned to me and "you must wait, I must open the draw". I kept quite and waited, draw was opened they guy did not even check what amount was short as per my receipt and change in my hand. he gave me a 10c and I told him its not enough, he again said wait We must open the draw, eventually my change was all given to me. the guy refused to escalate to the store manager, no give me his name becuase he did not have a tag. the guy is extremley rude and does not respect customers. I would like an apology from the store manager and that consultant, that is not his family shop its a company and needs to executes its customers service policy that we see everyday on TV
