We bought a washing machine which the dryer broke and we reported the machine and they send a technician who took broken parts which he went for 2 weeks without any feedback we then went to the store to find out what was happening the store did not know where the report was then we went again where we were told that parts broken are not available due to the brand (Bauer) stock out so they waiting for headoffice to give them an exchange note which we still waiting to hear from the store till today
