Still waiting for Sumsung and Ok furniture to fix

In April this yeah I bought a washing machine from OK furnitures in Alexandra, they connected the washing machine, when we used it, it was extremely slow and all it did was put water in the drum for an hour or more without washing, we thought maybe this is how is should work, I later discovered from a friend with the same machine that it is not how it works, I contacted OK furniture about a month or more ago, sumsung only sent a technician about two weeks ago, he came in for less than 5 min, he just looked at the washing machine, opened the top and said the top is broken (buttons and screen), he then said Sumsung will give me a call to arrange for a repair, I have not received a call nor a visit from the technician since.

This is frustrating because we have used other brands and have worked really well and for long, it is also so unprofessional for an international brand like samsung to have people wait for them for so long, I want this sorted out, if not, OK furniture should give me a new washing machine or sort this out as soon as possible!
