Defected twin ta

I bought a Defy twin tab in January 2012 and within less than 6 months the machine was giving problems. The dryer was not working. I went to report it to the store and a technician was sent to repair it. The machine worked for hardly a month and the same thing happened. I went back to the store and again the technician came to repair it. Within less than 12 months, this machine was repaired by a technician more than 4 times already.
This machine was repaired 2 months ago the last time, & it's broken again. My mom went to report it at the store again more than 2 weeks ago when the store manager promised to call her back because we no longer want it repaired again & requested a refund or exchange but instead of getting a call from him, I got a call from another technician. PLEASE NOTE::-) NO MORE REPAIRS. I DEMAND THAT GAME EXCHANGE THE MACHINE OR REFUND ME. The machine was hardly 1 year old & it had already been repaired 4 times. This is unacceptable. Can someone who is interested in customer service please sort this out. Have anyone heard of TCF. I have never seen such poor service as the 1 I have received from your shop. I await your ugent respond
