I contacted Metro Home Centre telephonically to enquire about Tatty teddy printed material. Loraine assisted me and confirmed that it is in stock and I then sent an email to confirm that I require the material. She offered to mail it to me which was superb, as I do not have time to travel all the way there to collect it. Within minutes we arranged delivery, I made the EFT and my material is now in the mail on the way to me! It really was such a surprise to experience this type of service as I am not used to companies responding in such a prompt and friendly manner.
