Washing Machine Repairs

I bought a washing machine at Lewis sometime in 2011 and in 2012 it started giving me problems, i then reported it at Lewis Alexandra and they were kind enough to send someone to come deal with it. Now that is where the problem started, they come to my house opened the machine then said something was broken and they will go look for the parts and come back and put it in, that was sometime in October if not september 2012 now they come back this year in Jan and said they still gonna look for the part and took pics of it after opening the machine. Now since thy have left there is water linking from the machine and every time i call them no one answers their land line and when i call their techinition on the number i got from them he said he no longer deals with repairs. In the mean time I have a machine that is broken and they still not coming back to say what is the problem. When they were at my house thy promised that if they do n't get the broken part thy will get me a new machine. I have since been waiting.
