January I purchased a Samsung 7 kg washing machine with a two year warranty from Hirsch's. At the end of July my machine stopped working. I contacted the Hirsch's branch who reported the incident to Samsung on Thursday 25/07/13. I received a SMS from samsung with a reference number (4136895520) and was notified that Samsung would contact me with an appointment. I never received a call to make arrangements. On Tuesday after numerous phone calls I was told a technician would come later that week. On Thursday (1/8/13) a technician arrived unannounced at my home, he then opened the machine and said a faulty circuit board would have to be ordered and replaced. The following week on Thursday (9/8/13) I received a phone call from Samsung stating that a technician would come to my house in 10 minutes. Luckily, again, I was home, he came in without any parts, read the serial number on the machine and left. Samsung was contacted, the parts hadn't been ordered yet and would now take another 3 working days to arrive.
Now my washing machine is still broken and I have not been able to do any washing in my own home for over two weeks. This is unacceptable. Hirsch's were very helpful
