Bought Tv 28/03/09 (sansui) remote not working on TV contacted shop 30/3/09 took remote into shop 3/04/09 remote worked in shop demanded deposit back and asked that they fetch Tv was told not to be unreasonable they supplied tv no 2 it broke down 3 months later - supplied tv no 3 broke down 5 months down the line asked again for my money back - They then supplied Tv no 4 again Sansui -another range.
Tv no 4 Magnetised itself back to Bears they took it to Early Bird for demagnetising on receiving it back I told them it was not satisfactory give money back. Tv eventually to Cathmar to check out - report the tv is reparable. Repairable mean... not in full working order - not right From day 3 after I bought this Tv I am struggling to get my money back and for them to fetch the Tv so that I can go somewhere else to buy a Tv that will work (not be in for repairs) I buy a Tv to be able to watch perfect picture not have it repaired more than once. I had to let other people into my house to sit and wait for Bears personnel net never came to pick up or deliver on time as discussed. Got ref numbers from African Bank and Beares 2011 nothing happend 2012 still nothing resolved 2013 maybe!
