I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK TO UPGRADE MY CONTRACT THAT IS OVERDUE FOR RENEWAL. I SAW A DEAL OFFERED ON THE VODA COM SITE AND IN-STORE BUT NEITHER TEH STORE NOR TEH CALL CENTRE COULD HELP ME. AFTER 1 WEEK OF GIVING ME A RUN AROUND THEY SAY THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK. FURTHERMORE, 1 CONSULTANT SAID TO ME THEY HAD 5 UNITS AND THEN IT WAS DEPLETED. VODACOM SERVICE STINKS. THIS IS MY 2ND REPORT AND NO MANAGEMENT INTERVENTION EXCEPT FOR AN EMAIL. IT SEEMS THAT VODACOM HAS A DON'T CARE ATTITUDE.
