I am starting to become very irate with the service I am receiving with regard to my refund of premiums from Edcon. I lodged a complaint on the 8th of February but up to this day, I have not received my credit back. They claimed to have forwarded my statements to their insurance companies and when I call Finrite, the promise to call me back as they cannot read the statements and up to now nobody has ever called me and my account is still not credited. You have to wait for more than ten minutes to speak to anyone, this is not how customers should be treated and Edcon ought to be ashamed of the level of service given to their so-called customers.
