My boyfriend and I went to Edgars in Sandton on Monday the 25th February as he needed to buy a pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding.
Nkosi, the Steve Madden sales assistant, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond as he not only provided great advice but helped us by going into the storeroom numerous times to get different styles and sizes of shoes so that we were ultimately happy with the pair we picked. He did this all with a positive attitude- even though we were trying on Aldo shoes. Nkosi was a perfect gentleman as and made the entire shopping experience a pleasant one.
