I walked into your Fourways store this weekend. I am due for an upgrade and wanted to sign up for the Smartpackage 229 deal. The deal consisted of a SIII with benefits. The great deal also included 1Gig of free data per month for the first 3 months.
Unfortunately the sales assitant could not access the deal on your system, because head office had not loaded the deal on the system. Sales assitant gave great service, but head office IT let him down.
You cannot advertise a deal in the in-store magazine and not load it to your system.
When will this be rectified?
