At the end of April 2012 I purchased a Lounge Suite from My Home in The Bridge Port Elizabeth. The Lounge Suite was just shy of R17 000. Whille I was deciding which Suite I wanted the sales lady, Pearl, was very helpful telling me all about the terms and conditions and even tried to sell me some other items.
Now I have problems with the Lounge Suite. It is actually starting to fall apart. I have been to My Home twice. I have contacted them on numerous occasions but to no avail. They keep making appointments that are never kept.
They were very quick to take my money but now that I am having problems they are not holding up their end of the deal.
