We brought a Avril lounge suite from House and Home on the 3 March 2012 and paid R9194.00 cash for it.
When it was delivered that day, I inspected the lounge suite, and found multiple problems, scratches, loose panels etc
The day of delivery, I phoned and laid a complaint at the store. They assured that it would be rectified, there repair guy (Rico) has been out twice to look at the problems. Over the year and bit I have phoned them few times, every phone call i get there is always something! I am still now where after speaking to House and Home about this problem! (even after getting supplier involved) After all this time we now forced to cover the lounge suite in a colour that is not suitable, I have been asking for my money back as I have had enough of all this and it is going on way to long, its disgusting... however I have been told they cant give me money back because I only laid the complaint now, which is incorrect, as the process was started the day we got the lounge suite. I have even had to take photos and send it them, really when is enough enough, I just want my money so I can get what I want and not what I am told to take or cover it the way it should be!
