Damaged Alex Lounge Suite

30/07/12 - purchased Alex 3pce L/S leathermate Black lounge suite from house and home Parow Centre, delivered the same day but already damaged. I phoned the sales lady Chevonne Beukes on the same day to report it to her.

29/09/12 - went in store to enquire about my complaint on 30/07/12. The lounge suite was collect but it took them 4 months to return it back to me.

29/10/12 - complaint raised, 6/12/12 was told that I must pay the cost for repairs, I said no, why should I pay for something I did not damage.

12/12/12 - lounge suite returned because supplier will be closed over the xmas period and will be 'borrowing' the broken lounge suite to me and will collect it in the new year.

15/01/13 - lounge suite collected and returned 20/02/13. 08/05/13 I complained again
25/03/13 - B.Ntulo phone to arrange for the lounge suite to be delivered.
27/08/13 - complained about 3 seater that is sagging. lounge suite was collected. It's almost 3 months now and the lounge suite is still at the store!

This is the second store manager I'm dealing with. Andre (current store manager) says his regional manager says I can't get a refund nor an exchange.

SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW NOT DAMAGED!!!
