My lounge suite was damaged in PE's most recent rains and I found a replacement at My Home Greenacres.
It was last one which was on the floor was damaged they offered to have the marks removed and have it steam cleaned. Old lounge suite was completely unusable but agreed. heard nothing and followed up with Deidre the sales consultant on several occasions and she continued to have forgotten the incident and nothing had been done!! The Regional Manager Mr Botha was never available as he travelled the region predominately dealing with CCMA cases and disciplinary hearings. The "acting manager" Sharon was incapable of assisting and I therefore called the Lewis Stores Regional Manager Mr Deidricks in deperation. He was MOST helpful and the store demanded to clean! I was called in to check the suite and it was worse than it was - watermarks and more stains! Swatches were arrive in store in 24hrs order a new suite this was Januar - 3 months later - I have still not heard from Deidre and am without a lounge suite as the insurers already collected the other! NEED TO HAVE THIS HEARD AND WOULD LIKE TO SHOUT IT FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOPS -but see that the response from group non existent?? HELP!
