As per my last complaint, I still do not have a lounge suite. I was told we would be getting a new one as the original one that they tore could not be repaired. On Sunday the 11th August 2013 they delivered the so called new Lounge Suite, the metal shaft on one of the recliners was bent, and the other suite was wet.
Complaint... still no Lounge Suite and up till now no phone call from Shawn (The Owner) acknowledging the problem and keeping us in the loop as to what is being organized once again for us.
R2500-00 Lounge Suite and it does not even make it out of the doors of the warehouse and into our home without being severly damaged.
I am still using a very Uncomfortable Loan Suite since 3rd July 2013 and just a reminder my own Lounge Suite has been incomplete since May 2013.
We have been caught big time.
Cheap China furniture at an exorbitant price.
Is this Quality and Service as was discussed over and over again when we bought the suite originally?
