SHOPRITE EMPLOYEES EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE

Firstly my friend and I are standing in line at the market shoprite West street Durban in Kwazulu Natal. The intercom called out the till number which sounded like 2 but it was 10. we walked straight to till 2 and when we got there no one was there, as we were moving back to the line, we found an empty till which was till 10, her name was (NQOBILE MAPHUMULO) and asked her if she was open, she rudely responded that yes she was open and she is the one that rang the intercom.By her own admittance she had the audacity to say she was the one that rang the intercom for her till and watched us like fools walk past her.all this time rolling her eyes as she spoke to paying customers, and proceeded to chit chat with her fellow friend on the other till. She then moved us from her till with no explanation what so ever to another till, continuously saying its been a long day and she has no time for withdrawals. Even though all this time we didn't respond to her nonsense she kept rolling her eyes being sarcastic and passing rude messages. It was then i took her name because maybe its Shoprite company policy that staff chit chat and ignore paying customers and be rude and threatening to them.
