Telling me to return the skirt at Edgars Sandton

I went to Edgars Boulders to return a black skirt i bought at Edgars Sandton the skirt still has a tag they told me to return the skirt back to Sandton because its dirty and I didnt check the skirt when i bought it at Sandton. Its not the first time I'm getting a bad service at this Edgars what i fail to understand Sandton city Edgars always gives good service is it because at boulders most people that go there its black people I fill they undermine their customers and I will never go to that shop again I fill like closing my account with Edgars.
