Edgars does not Care
On the 09 Jan, I lodged a complaint with the head office regarding a section of the escalator that was broken and tore my skirt. I still have the original complaint that was sent through. i was contacted by someone and she assured me that the matter will be followed up and she would advise me accordingly. That was the last i heard from the lady. Edgars did not even have the decency of offering to compensate me for my skirt that tore in your store. Last night i visited Edgars and found that the escalator was still broken and no repairs had been done. As previously explained this is a risk in the store and can seriously injure someone especially children....yet nothing is done....Does Edgars not have a health and safety officer or do you not care about such issues. Are your customers' safety not important to you?
