I was in Pietermarziburg, and bought an eyeshadow under the brand Yardley and needed to return it, the closest Edgars to me is in Sandton.
I waited over 20mins in the line to returns good but when I go to the counter they tell me cosmetics must be returned upstairs.
there should be a board letting the customer know this instead of waiting in that line.
I go upstairs and they tell me I have to go to an Edgars store that supplies Yardley to return the product as they can't do it.
the closest one to me is in Cresta as I live in Sandton.
this to me is unacceptable. I don't go to Cresta I only shop in Sandton and can't understand why I can't return he product there after all it wasn't even opened.
Now I am sitting with this product as I honestly don't have the time to drive to Cresta to return this product!!
