Damaged Googs and disgusting service

I bought a skirt with my mother on her account, she was here on the day i purchased, we did not realize the zip was ruined, i am trying to change the skirt to the right size, I do not want a refund i just want to change the skirt and the service i received stinks, to expect my mother to come from Pretoria and exchange my skirt is just disgusting and poor lack of customer service.
