I went shopping on Sat in Sandton, bought a navy linen skirt and w/coat. Straight cuts I normally buy size 40 then alter the waist. Today I decided I want to drop it at the alterations in Menlyn and noticed the skirt was damaged by the end of the zip. I work in Menlyn, naturally I took it back to Menlyn. Suman, the cashier, fancily called sales rep, told me they don't have my size& suggested I take it back to Sandton. Told her it doesn't make sense worse there's no guarantee they have the size. She told me she could request from another branch but it would take a very long time, to which my response was, I'll wait. She insisted I take the skirt with me while I wait for the exchange. I refused to take back damaged goods. To me they should take it back, provide a voucher/CN that I can utilize when the replacement is available. She told me she can't keep it in her shop, its mine, for that matter I could have won it, damaged it and now I want to return. I pointed out 2 her that skirt has a price tag on, she went 2 say, the tag means nothing as customers wear the clothes with tags on and return the goods. I felt insulted by a cashier who accused me of hiring their clothes for an event
