I Nthabiseng Makakule bought a skirt (R220) on the 2nd of April 2013 @ 16h42. I wore the skirt on the 11th April 2013 and the skirt grew bubbles of fluff on the material. I returned the item on the 12 April. The cahier was assisted me took the skirt to show the manager Anthony Mkhize who told the cahier not to take the skirt as it was his opinion that I had worn the skirt with a long top or I was sitting where the skirt could have developed those bubbles of fluffy. When the cashier told me the managers opinion, I asked her to call him, but she told me he was busy taking the rubbish out of the store so he would not be able to come and speak to me. I told the cashier i am not going back home with the skirt, then she went to her supervisor and explained the whole scenario. The supervisor advised her to take the skirt, but not to refund it so that they could go and check the material and she would in two weeks' time. While the cashier was assisting me the manager passed but he did not assist me at all. I phone Truworths Head Office on Saturday the 14 April 2013 at 10h30 - 10h45 and explained the story to a call center agent, her response was that she was going to phone Truworths Sg
