pppddd of with what has happened to the Gazebo over the weekend. Gazebo purchased around 7-8 months ago at Game for swimming gala's we attend. Used around 24 times the frame has split in the area of the bolts also piercing the canopy. Bought the so called SA no 1 brand not thinking I would need to keep the slip and that the product quality would let me down in such a short period. Having a call centre alone must indicate the company is fielding calls of a similar nature. But I am willing to take this further even to be viewed under the new consumer act, as this is not acceptable. The product brand name and price does not lend to cheap and nasty, but quality and customer assurance that Camp Master who have been around since 1998 understand the brand, pressures placed on the frame with folding or even some wind. No Wonder there no direct available contact no to the company. You will get nothing from Camp Craft not even a call. Why do big retailers stock them I am sure they field a lot of consumer anger re products.
