So much for a speedy response :)

I recently complained abot the Edgars in Sandton with regards to the bad customer services, i was then contacted by hello peter who told me that the store manager will call me. Its been 2 weeks and no one from there as called.
Well Done Edgars Sandton for no repsonse, its shows where the other staff get their attitudes from.
