Shocking attitude

On 17/06/2013 I bought a new Samsung laptop from Incredible Connection, Worcester. On 17/07/2013 a blue line appeared across the screen and after trying to reset the computer all the installed software were gone. On 18/07/2013 Incredible Connection told me I must contact Samsung to have the computer fixed. Samsung told me that Incredible Connection must fix it. The nearest Incredible Connection is 120km away and at my cost I have to take it back to Incredible Connection. At the store (now suddenly they can send it away for me) I was told that it will take up to 3 weeks (Samsung told me 10 working days) for my computer to be fixed. This is my only business computer - what must I use in the meantime? My business is suffering and all that the incompetent staff can do is stare at me. They can't give me an answer or even try to assist me. I get the feeling that they just want the sale and that is it! Stuff the customer - he has NO rights. TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO IS THINKING OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - P L E A S E D O N ' T! THERE IS NO AFTER SALE HONORING AMONGST THEM.
