We bought a Samsung microwave oven. After six months of use it started to make a loud noise.
We took it back to MAKRO SILVER LAKES only to hear it must go in for repair, they cannot replace it with a new one or refund our money. We opted for the repair option. after 2 weeks without a microwave oven they sms`d and said we can collect. we collected the microwave, it was wrapped in bubble wrap, and when we got home we unwrapped it. We couldn`t believe what we saw, the top cover of the microwave had dents and scratches on it. So back to Makro with the microwave, only to hear that they still cannot refund us or replace the microwave.
We are so disgusted with Makro`s client service and the way they handle people goods.
I think that they must refund us the value of the microwave so we can go buy from someone else.
I also think that this would be the last time we bought something at Makro because this is not acceptable.
