I bought a microwave from Homechoice around 2011, in 2012 the appliance had stopped working. Fortunately it was still under warranty. In August 2012, shortly after the appliance stopped working, I called homechoice to advise them of problem and i was told to take the microwave to one of their agents in Queenstown. Till today, 6 months later, i still have not received the appliance and when i enquired with the agent in queenstown the told me that they are still waiting for the parts from a third party which works with Homechoice.
When i contacted Homechoice they advised me to contact this their third party. I called the third party and was told that they did send the parts to the agent in queenstown but the agent still said they have not received any parts. I called the third party again and only to be told that i must courier the microwave to Cape Town.
I find this to be pathetic that Homechoice still cant get my microwave that i bought from them fixed and when it broke down it was still under warranty. 6 months later still without a microwave. If they cant have my microwave fixed then it me replaced or my money back with the interest they took as well.
