Truworths refused to assist me with a watch that wasn't working. It was a gift bought on 21 October 2023 I took it on 4 Nov. I didn't have a receipt as it was a gift. The manager was extremely rude and refused to assist me. He was rude and I felt embarrassed with his responses to my complaint. I showed him the watch still had the original plastic as it was not used. It is not working and the band is scratched. I asked him to reprint the receipt. He was blunt and arrogant. I left the store in tears. I am very disappointed 😞😞
