Peeling paint from surface inside the microwave

Purchased Microwave Oven, Model MW103HS on the 16/12/2011. Noted the paint was starting to peel away from inside at the base of the microwave, so immediately returned the microwave to House & Home for repair. SKU Number 778778002 on the 05/01/2013. I was told that the complaint would fall under warranty, and that Samsung were not available on weekends. Samsung would be contacted on the Monday, and i would be informed of the progress. ONE WEEK later i contacted the manager of House & home as i had not heard anything from them or Samsung. The manager informed me that the microwave had been sent to Durban for repair. On the 12th January2013 i contacted the manager again and he said he was waiting for the follow up report with regard to the repair. TODAY 19th January 2013 my husband contacted the manager again, and he was informed that he (the managers assistant) was busy completing the documentation and that the microwave could be collected within the hour. On collection i discovered that the microwave had NOT been repaired at Samsung, but had been sent to a local company in Newcastle... TV, Video Appliance Specialists. Job Number 27545. No warrenty supplied!
