Order was never received from your courier company

Dear Milady's

I am left in great shock right now when I see the reviews of the courier company you are using. Today I was waiting for my order and it was delivered to someone I do not even know who is not in our faculty and we do not have someone with that name in our faculty as I knew I have been expecting a delivery I have been tracking it and I spoke to our security to direct the courier guy to my office. I then learned in an email that my parcel is delivered and I have not received it. I have phoned the courier spoke to LJ who transferred me to Ext 107 I did not have anyone with no luck I have phoned Milady's spoke to Cindy and I have now spoken to Sneh who says my case has been escalated.
So I decided to have a look at the reviews for the Fastway couriers and I must say I am left in AWE as to how come you still use a courier with such poor service please contact me on 0124205639 or 0731934489
