Non delivery of Galaxy Tab2 10.1

My application for the purchase of the Galaxy Tab2 10.1 was approved on the 14th of January. When I have not heard back from either FNB or a Courier company by Wednesday the 30th (13 working days) I contacted FNB sales on 0860 102 970. I spoke to Patricia Roy (refr RF130303997), she was very rude and told me it is not FNBs responsibility to ensure the timeous delivery of the product to me, they only sell it to me and I should contact the courier company as it is there job to deliver the product to me. Crazy!?!?! She gave me the courier company's contact number, I asked her if it is not FNBs responsibility to liaise with the courier company as I am not their client but FNB is. She said its my responsibility. When I spoke to Noreen at the courier company I was informed that no instruction has been given linked to my ID number... and I would have to contact FNB again. FNB was proud to tell me they will escalate the matter and I should be hearing from the courier company either Thursday or Friday and delivery will happen by Monday latest. It is now Friday and I have not been contacted. I phoned today, FNB escalated again with the promise of feedback in 3 to 5 working days.
