I was expecting my package today and did not receive it. I accessed Fastway's website today and it indicated that I will be receiving my package today at 18H00. I then phoned Fastway and asked for the courier's contact details so that I can confirm the delivery. I contacted the courier and told him if he can deliver before 17H00 I will be at Sanlam head office otherwise if will be at home. He told me that he will be there. At 18H00 I phoned the courier asking him why he did not delivery my package. He then told me his car conveniently on a Friday broke down and he could not inform anyone because he had now talk time. This is really a very frustrating a poor service experience! Why did Fastway not do anything to insure they clients packages are delivery as promised?
