I used fasway couriers online tracking app. and saw that my parcel was due for delivery on Friday 12 April 2013. At around 11am I phoned fastway Pretoria asking them if they can give me an estimate time of delivery. The fastway consultant phoned the driver and reported back to me that my parcel will be delivered within 20 min. At 15h30 I phoned again, stating that my parcel was not delivered yet. I spoke to the same consultant. She phoned back after consulting with the driver and assured me that the parcel will be delivered. I waited until 18h30. No delivery took place.
This is the 3rd time I had problems with this courier service. On the previous occasion I asked the driver why it took so long to delivery the parcel. He said they were to few drivers for to many deliveries. I have decided given my history with fastway couriers to insist that from who ever I purchase something that they should not make use of fastway couriers.
