I bought a pair of shoes on the 1st of March. I wore them once and was uncomfortable, when I took them off I realised that the back part of the heel is not strong enough to grip my heel. I returned them to the shop, hoping for an exchange or refund, but they refused to help me because I wore them. The truth is if I didn't wear them, I wouldn't have found out that they are defective. Please be kind to assist me
