Parcel was sent out from Polokwane branch at 09:04 this morning (05/12/2013). The courier phoned at 15:33 to confirm location of delivery, at which time other arrangements were made as to where the package should be delivered. The courier phoned out of Mookgophong. Why did the courier not stop in Mokopane from Polokwane first in the first place? The courier did not go to the specified location and numerous attempts to establish the location of the courier failed. The courier left, ignoring me to please go to the arranged location. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid R147.55 for next day delivery which I DID NOT GET. Can this please be sorted out immediately.
