I've been expecting a parcel from a supplier based in Midrand. It was picked up on Tue, 14th May (Tracking no.: LA0024733453 by the Pretoria branch. It is 1 week (7 days) later and I've yet to receive my parcel. I've contacted the Fastway on 16th and 17th May to find out what it is happening with the parcel and the only answer they have is it was picked up on the 14th with no further updates and they will get back to me. On Monday, 20 May, the supplier had also contacted Fastway for an update and had received the same answers. The matter is now 'under investigation' and I was told that I'll have feedback at 2pm on Mon 20 May-Still NOTHING!
This is pathetic service from a courier company, SAPO does a better job than this. We pay a premium for next day delivery, not NO delivery! The company should rebrand itself to NOWAY Courier since they loose your parcel and nothing gets done about it!
