RAM couriers with FNB need to really update their delivery system. THE CURRENT SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
I have received yesterday a confirmation SMS from FNB that a courier will be delivering my order. Nothing happened yesterday. Today I received a second SMS that my order will be delivered between 8 and 17h00. At 4h46 RAM couriers updated their tracking with "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN CPT - C-CONTACT PERSON NOT AVAILABLE. ", which is absolute INCORRECT as I am in a office building with security and reception apart of that I never left the building the whole day. 17h05 I received an SMS from FNB that my order is delivered and I was congratulated on my new smart device. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT??? ARE YOU GUYS FOR REAL? I phoned RAM and the customer services lady said that she can't say what happened and that she will speak with the driver in the morning as they don't work after 5.
I am completely disappointed with RAM. And... FNB, you guys should really get up to speed, get another courier, why the do you congratulate me on a device I never received by the courier??!?! Courier system clearly should have told you there is no delivery yet???
